RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU & UK – 2026)

Blendingmind.com operates under the following legal structures:

• Blendingmind UK Limited (United Kingdom)
  – Provider of 1-2-1 sessions, spiritual assessments, mediumship sessions, intuitive sessions, spiritual healing sessions, teaching (1-2-1 and online groups), and online small/medium/large group classes.
• David Schiesser Sole Trader (UK)
  – Provides in-person B2B courses organised by an invited course organiser in the respective country. The organiser purchases the service and organises the event locally.
• David Schiesser Sole Trader Ireland
  – Provides in-person niche courses exclusively in Ireland.

The contracting entity is specified during booking.

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the relevant contracting entity (as stated in your booking confirmation) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., email or letter).It is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you request that the service begins during the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly acknowledge:

• that the service may begin before the withdrawal period expires;
• that you must pay a proportionate amount for services already performed up to the time of withdrawal.

If the service has been fully performed within the 14-day period after your explicit request and acknowledgement, your right of withdrawal expires.Sessions that take place before the end of the 14-day period must therefore be paid proportionally or in full, depending on the extent of performance.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Services fully performed after prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal right;
• Customised or personalised services;
• Digital content once download or streaming has begun with prior consent;
• Event tickets or in-person courses for specific dates;
• B2B contracts (business customers).

For quality assurance, security and internal reflection purposes, sessions may be audio and/or video recorded.These recordings:

• are not part of the purchased service,
• are not provided to the client,
• are stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR / EU GDPR),
• are only disclosed if legally required (e.g., court order).

By booking a session, the client expressly agrees to this recording policy. Without such agreement, no private session can take place.The Privacy Policy applies.

For clients outside the EU and UK, local mandatory consumer protection laws may apply. Where legally required, equivalent withdrawal rights will be honoured.

Blendingmind offers in-person retreats that take place on fixed dates and include accommodation and related leisure services.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure activities, including accommodation, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at a retreat. The deposit amount and payment deadline will be communicated during the booking process.

The deposit is non-refundable in all cases, including cancellation by the participant, as it secures a limited-capacity place and covers organisational and accommodation-related commitments.

The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel a retreat if necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, insufficient participant numbers, venue unavailability, or force majeure events.

In the event of cancellation by the organiser, all payments received for the retreat (including the deposit) will be refunded in full.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel expenses or personal arrangements.
