Blendingmind® General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services supplied under the Blendingmind® brand through www.blendingmind.com. Residential retreats are governed by separate Retreat Terms & Conditions.

The legal provider of the service will always be identified before booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation. Depending on the service, this may be Bates Schiesser Partnership, Blendingmind UK Limited or David Schiesser, Sole Trader (Ireland). Primary contact: blendingmindukltd@gmail.com.

Services are provided for education, spiritual exploration, personal development and wellbeing. They are not intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

No diagnosis, treatment or healing claims are made. Customers should continue to follow the advice of appropriately qualified healthcare professionals. For customers resident in Germany, the services do not constitute the practice of medicine under the Heilpraktikergesetz (HeilPrG).

A contract is formed when we confirm your booking in writing and payment has been received or otherwise confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse a booking where there is a reasonable operational, business or safety justification.

Prices are confirmed before payment. Payment must be made in accordance with the booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

Where consumers have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights remain unaffected. Full details are provided in the Blendingmind® Consumer Cancellation & Withdrawal Information.

Outside statutory rights, cancellations are governed by the booking confirmation and any service-specific terms.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable internet access, equipment and access to the relevant online platform.

Customers agree to provide accurate information, participate respectfully, follow reasonable instructions and behave appropriately. Participation may be terminated for abusive, threatening, discriminatory or seriously disruptive behaviour.

All teaching materials, downloads, graphics, recordings and website content remain the intellectual property of Blendingmind® unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without prior written permission except where permitted by law.

Customers may not record sessions without prior written permission. Where Blendingmind® records educational sessions, participants will be informed in advance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.

Personal information is processed only as necessary to administer bookings, provide services and comply with legal obligations. Please refer to the Blendingmind® Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version published at the date of booking applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory rights applicable in their country of residence.

By booking and paying for a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
