Prices are displayed in EUR, GBP, or CHF depending on customer location.
EU (B2C)
EUR prices include applicable VAT based on customer residence.
UK / Switzerland
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated.
The final amount displayed before payment constitutes the binding total price.
For B2B customers, reverse-charge rules may apply upon provision of a valid VAT ID.

Payment must be made according to booking confirmation instructions.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services in case of non-payment.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from contract conclusion.
Clear written notice (email sufficient) must be sent before expiry.
9. Effects of Withdrawal & Early Performance
If withdrawal occurs, payments will be refunded within 14 days.
If the Customer expressly requests performance within the withdrawal period:

All contracts are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of the Customer’s residence country.
These T&Cs, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
