Blendingmind® VAT & Pricing Information

This document explains how prices and VAT are presented for services offered through www.blendingmind.com.

Prices are displayed in GBP or EUR depending on the selected version of the website and, where applicable, the customer's location. For certain services, customers whose usual place of residence is outside the European Union may choose their preferred payment currency where both GBP and EUR options are available.

Prices displayed in EUR include any VAT required under applicable EU VAT legislation. The applicable VAT rate is determined according to the customer's Member State of residence in accordance with the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme where applicable. The final total price, including any applicable VAT, will always be displayed before the booking is confirmed.

Prices displayed in GBP are presented in accordance with applicable UK tax legislation. Where VAT is legally applicable, it will be included in, or clearly identified as part of, the final price shown before the booking is confirmed.

Customers whose usual place of residence is outside the European Union may, where available, choose to pay in either GBP or EUR. Any VAT or other applicable taxes are determined according to the customer's location and the applicable tax legislation. The final amount payable will always be displayed before the booking is confirmed.

Before a contract is concluded, customers will be provided with access to the applicable:

The legal contracting party responsible for the relevant service will always be identified on the applicable service or retreat page and confirmed during the booking process.
