Blendingmind® Consumer Cancellation & Withdrawal Information

1. Purpose
This document explains statutory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights that may apply to bookings made through www.blendingmind.com. It should be read together with the relevant Blendingmind® Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Covered
This information applies to consumer bookings where applicable consumer legislation provides a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, including certain online or distance services.
3. Residential Retreats
Residential retreats with fixed dates are governed by the relevant UK or Ireland Retreat Terms & Conditions. Where permitted by applicable law, such retreat bookings are exempt from the statutory consumer withdrawal right.
4. Statutory Rights
Where consumer legislation provides a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right remains unaffected. Where a legal exemption applies, that exemption applies.
5. Early Performance
If you ask us to begin providing a service before any applicable withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge that payment may become due for services already provided where permitted by law. Where required, we will obtain your express agreement before commencing early performance.
6. How to Withdraw
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may notify us by using the website withdrawal form, emailing us or sending a clear written notice before the applicable deadline.
7. Refunds
Where a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, refunds will normally be made using the original payment method within the period required by applicable law.
8. Online Withdrawal Form
Our website provides an online withdrawal request facility. Customers should provide their name, email address, booking reference (if available), service booked and booking date. An acknowledgement of receipt will normally be sent electronically.
9. Model Withdrawal Notice
You may alternatively submit any clear written statement confirming your wish to withdraw from the contract. Use of a model withdrawal form is optional.
