Blendingmind® is a registered UK trade mark.
Services offered under the Blendingmind® brand may be provided by different legal contracting entities. The relevant contracting entity is identified before booking and confirmed as appropriate in the booking documentation.
3. Contracting Entities
Depending on the service booked, the contracting party may be:
Blendingmind UK Limited – for applicable services and administration;
Bates Schiesser Partnership – including as organiser of applicable UK retreats; or
David Schiesser, acting as a sole trader – including, where applicable, in connection with services for which he is registered with Irish Revenue as a non-resident sole trader for tax purposes.
The applicable contracting party will be identified before or at the time the booking is confirmed.
Registration with Irish Revenue does not represent an Irish company, branch, permanent establishment or fixed establishment.
4. VAT
Where applicable, EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) VAT registration: EU525889927.
The use of the EU OSS scheme does not in itself constitute an establishment in an EU Member State.
