Blendingmind® Consumer Cancellation & Withdrawal Information

BLP-09 Version 1.1 (Master) Effective: September 2026

1. Purpose

This document explains statutory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights that may apply to contracts concluded through www.blendingmind.com, by email or through another distance communication method.

It should be read together with the relevant Blendingmind® Terms & Conditions and booking information.

2. When a Statutory Cancellation Right Applies

Depending on the applicable law and the type of service booked, a consumer entering into a distance or off-premises contract may have a statutory period in which to cancel the contract without giving a reason.

For qualifying UK service contracts, this will normally be 14 days beginning after the contract is concluded.

Different rules, exemptions or mandatory consumer protections may apply depending on the service and the consumer's country of residence.

3. Fixed-Date Retreats & Events

Certain contracts for accommodation, catering or services related to leisure activities provided for a specific date or period are exempt from the ordinary statutory cancellation or withdrawal right where the applicable law provides for that exemption.

This may apply to fixed-date residential retreats and certain other fixed-date events.

Any contractual cancellation rights applicable to such bookings are set out in the relevant Retreat Terms & Conditions, booking information or booking confirmation.

Nothing in this section excludes any mandatory consumer right that applies.

4. Early Performance of Services

If you ask us to begin providing a service before an applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal period has expired, we may ask you to make an express request for early performance.

Where permitted by applicable law, if you subsequently exercise a statutory cancellation right after performance has begun but before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Where the service has been fully performed during the statutory cancellation period, the statutory cancellation right may be lost where the applicable legal requirements, including any required prior request, consent or acknowledgement, have been satisfied.

5. How to Exercise a Statutory Cancellation or Withdrawal Right

Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it by sending a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract before the applicable deadline.

You may contact us at:

blendingmindukltd@gmail.com

Please provide sufficient information to identify the booking, such as your name, email address and the service concerned.

You do not need to give a reason for exercising a statutory cancellation right.

Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, you may also submit your cancellation or withdrawal request using the online form below.

6. Model Cancellation Form

Where applicable law requires a model cancellation form to be provided, one will be made available to the consumer.

Use of the model form is optional. You may instead send any other clear statement communicating your decision to cancel the contract.

7. Refunds

Where a valid statutory cancellation or withdrawal right is exercised, any refund due will be made within the period required by applicable law and, where applicable, using the payment method required by law.

Where early performance has been expressly requested, any lawful proportionate charge for services already supplied may be deducted or become payable where permitted by applicable law.

8. Contractual Cancellation & Rescheduling

Statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights are separate from any contractual cancellation or rescheduling arrangements offered for a particular service.

For example, private appointments may be subject to a notice period for cancellation or rescheduling as communicated before the contract is concluded.

These contractual arrangements do not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies.

9. Questions

If you are unsure how the cancellation provisions apply to your booking, please contact:

blendingmindukltd@gmail.com

We can explain the cancellation arrangements applicable to the booking but cannot provide individual legal advice.

Important: Submitting this form does not necessarily mean that a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies to your booking. Your request will be considered in accordance with the applicable law, the relevant Blendingmind® Terms & Conditions and your booking terms.

This form does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have.
