Your wellbeing is important to us. Blendingmind® retreats, workshops and services are intended to provide a welcoming environment for learning, spiritual exploration and personal development.

Nature of Our Services

Our services are educational and focused on personal development. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or healthcare services and are not intended to replace professional medical advice.

Participation

Please participate at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You are never under any obligation to share personal experiences or take part in any activity that makes you uncomfortable.

Medical Care

If you are receiving care from a doctor or other healthcare professional, you should continue to follow their advice.

Do not discontinue or alter prescribed treatment or medication because of anything discussed during a Blendingmind® service.

Health, Accessibility & Participation

If you have a health condition, accessibility requirement or other circumstance that may be relevant to your safe participation, we encourage you to let us know before the event.

Please provide only the information reasonably necessary to help us understand any practical arrangements, reasonable adjustments or emergency considerations that may be relevant.

Where appropriate, we may share the minimum necessary information with the venue or another person involved in providing the service or responding to an emergency.

Health and accessibility information will be handled in accordance with the Blendingmind® Privacy Policy.

Emergency Information

Where a health condition could reasonably require assistance during an event, you may provide relevant practical information about what should be done in an emergency.

In an emergency, we may contact emergency services or take other reasonable steps to seek appropriate assistance.

Emotional Wellbeing

Spiritual development may involve personal reflection or emotional insight. If you need time out, a break or practical support during a retreat, please speak to one of the organisers.

Personal Responsibility

Each participant remains responsible for their own wellbeing, decisions and actions throughout the retreat or service.

If you are unsure whether a service is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.

We are happy to explain what the service involves and discuss practical arrangements or reasonable adjustments. We cannot assess medical suitability, and where you are uncertain whether participation is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
