Private tuition is offered for spiritual education, personal development and practical exploration of mediumship.
Each session is tailored to the student's experience, interests and development needs.
Spiritual and mediumistic experiences are personal and subjective. No particular ability, experience, communication or outcome can be guaranteed.
Teaching is offered in a respectful, supportive environment. Students remain responsible for their own decisions and how they apply what they learn.

Private tuition is provided for educational and personal-development purposes.
It does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment.
No medical or therapeutic outcomes are promised or implied. Spiritual and mediumistic practices are explored within a spiritual and educational framework and are not presented as scientifically or clinically established treatments.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, tuition does not lead to a state-recognised or professionally regulated qualification.
The legal contracting party and applicable Terms and Conditions will be identified before the booking is confirmed.
The prices displayed for private tuition are the total advertised prices and include applicable VAT where required. The final amount payable, including the agreed payment currency, will be confirmed before booking.
Nothing in these terms or notices excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Participation & Eligibility

Participation is voluntary and intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Students are encouraged to participate at a pace appropriate to their experience and circumstances.
Teaching may involve practical exercises, discussion and personal reflection.
Students may decline an individual exercise or raise concerns about their participation at any time.

Confidentiality & Recordings

Private tuition sessions take place via Zoom and include a recording for the student's personal review.
Recording arrangements and relevant privacy information will be communicated before the session. Any consent required by applicable law will be obtained.
Recordings and accompanying teaching materials are provided for personal use only. They may not be shared, published, distributed or used for teaching, training, coaching or commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Personal data, including recordings, is handled in accordance with the Blendingmind® Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your private tuition session.
Where at least 72 hours' notice is provided, your appointment may be rescheduled without an additional charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations, requests to reschedule or non-attendance with less than 72 hours' notice may result in a reasonable charge reflecting the loss incurred as a result of the cancellation, in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Unexpected circumstances will be considered reasonably on a case-by-case basis.
Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights, remain unaffected.

The legal contracting party responsible for the relevant service is identified before your booking is confirmed and is stated in your booking confirmation.
